The picturesque 150-slip White’s Creek Marina (WCM) is located within the White’s Creek Manor community off Old Mill Road and alongside White Creek in Ocean View, Delaware. This small, private marina provides safe harbor to vessels of slip owners during the annual boating season, which typically spans from May to October.

WCM offers one boat ramp, limited parking, access to electricity and non-potable water, and one portable restroom during boating season. Boats moored in WCM may not exceed more than three feet beyond the end-slip pilings. Some slips have boat lifts, which may help owners adhere to the three-foot maximum extension by allowing a boat to be stored closer to the front decking.

ACCESS
Access to WCM ramp, docks, and slips are restricted to vessels with current year WCM stickers/tags only, which are issued after the annual condominium association fee has been paid and proof of required insurance has been documented. Several White’s Creek Manor residents pay annual fees for access to the marina’s ramp. All other access is considered trespassing as per marina insurance requirements.

The next WCMB meeting for Slip Owners is on Saturday, Nov. 1, 2025, beginning at 10 a.m. at the Millville Volunteer Fire Company’s Meeting Room, 35554 Atlantic Ave. Millville, DE 19967. Meeting materials were sent to slip owners via the U. S. Postal Service on Sept. 5th. Please plan to attend and also send in your proxies!
